Profile new member of the Supervisory Board

Each member of the Supervisory Board shall be selected and appointed on the basis of the following selection criteria:

(A) Background/education/training/certificates;
(B) (International) experience with large multinational companies in the private sector and mastery of English language;
(C) Managerial skills;
(D) Specialist skills;
(E) Ability to spend the necessary time;
(F) Capability of assessing the broad outline of the overall policy of the Company.

The Supervisory Board as a body should have (international) knowledge and expertise in the following fields:

(A) (Poultry) Meat Industry and its supply chain;
(B) Managing a large international company;
(C) Financial management, administration, accounting and reporting of a large international company;
(D) Corporate responsibility, social and employment matters in the markets in which the Company does business and internationally;

The new Supervisory Board member should have knowledge and expertise in the field of corporate responsibility, social and employment matters in the retail and/or food markets in which the Company does business and internationally.
